Insurance: we have an insurance affiliate out of AZ, that writes more policies for parks than any other agency because their competitive rates, and understanding of the industry. They currently handle over 4,000 parks nationwide which is almost a 15% market share. Financing: Our finance division is headed by my brother Justin Cook. He deals with new purchase money and refinance money on parks, as well as other multifamily properties. His forte has been non-mainstream banks that are actively lending, and have surprisingly competitive financing for the < 1 million through 5 million dollar size transactions. He also has access to the mainstream sources for larger, nonrecourse transactions IE: Life Insurers, Wells Fargo, GE, and Fannie Mae products, etc. Like we discussed, with your interim money coming up shortly, you should definitely get a quote from him on refinancing it.
Other services available include:
· Resident Relocation - Closing a community, or have vacancies to fill.
· Used Home Brokerage - Homes to liquidate, or looking to buy pre-owned homes.
· Community Manager Location - Because the increase in park redevelopment, there are quite a few experienced people on the industry needing to be relocated.
